The two organization have made a commitment to intersectionality through collaboration and dialog. Now! is the first manifestation of this collaboration.
Now! represents a diverse range of ideas, modes of expression and methodologies from members from both groups, and as its title states, this is a demonstration of the of the an urgent call for change through the power of female artistic agency. Using a blind jury, entries from Women Holler were selected by Natalie Merritt and Virginia Maksymowicz from the WCAP, while entries from the WCAP were selected by Pauline Houston McCall and Sheena Garcia of Women Holler!
